AGING (A DAMP DAY)

Feel my age today

After trying to play

My baritone ukulele

Fingers don’t work

They sometimes jerk

But I continue bravely

Because I still feel

Musical vibrations so real

As each chord hums

Will never give in

As the melody spins

While I lovingly strum

Ah, the Yin and Yang of aging…
